What lives in the CRM (vs the LMS)
CRM: non-student relationships and the pre-enrolment pipeline. Employers who hire alumni, diaspora sponsors who pay tuition, pastors and matai who refer, grant orgs, gov contacts, alumni tracked for outcomes.
LMS: the enrolled-student experience — courses, lessons, marking, certificates. Linked across to CRM where they share a person (a sponsor here is linked to their student; an alumnus here was once a student record).
